Replacement or Return
If your purchase arrives with defects or damage to any product, you can replace the product or receive a refund as store credit only. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was upon receipt, including the original packaging. MAJORITY will cover the shipping and delivery fees for product replacement or refund, according to the terms and conditions.
Replacement or return will not be accepted if the product has been used, and the customer will bear the full shipping cost. The replacement or return period must not exceed 7 days at most, and the request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product cannot be returned for unconvincing reasons or incorrect information provided, but it can be replaced with the customer bearing the shipping and return fees. Accessories and gift packaging cannot be returned.
In case of return after receipt, the amount will be credited to your account for reordering. If the shipment is returned by the carrier due to non-receipt, lack of response to the delivery agent, or order cancellation after shipping, the buyer will bear the shipping, return, payment, and refund fees (Tabi and payment gateway fees). For public health reasons, earrings, piercings, bracelets, and earring sets cannot be returned or replaced.
Sizes and dimensions are excluded from free replacement or return. Please ensure your size before ordering by checking the product description or contacting us for size inquiries.
